Why Blueberries?

Ingredients

  • 4 cups frozen blueberries
  • 34 bananas 
  • 2 tbsp dulse 
  • 2 teaspoon spirulina 
  • 2 teaspoon Barley grass juice powder 
  • 1 measure wit. C 
  • 2 magnesium 1 wit. B complex 
  • 1 cup tightly packed fresh cilantro 
  • 1 orange juiced or orange juice 

Instructions

  • Prepare Ingredients: Gather all your ingredients and measure them out.
  •   Blend Until Smooth: Blend on high until all ingredients are well combined and the smoothie is smooth.
  • Serve: Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately for the best taste and nutritional benefits.

Notes

  • For a thicker smoothie, use fewer bananas or add a handful of ice.
  • Adjust the sweetness by adding a natural sweetener like honey or maple syrup if desired.
