Ingredients
- 4 cups frozen blueberries
- 3–4 bananas
- 2 tbsp dulse
- 2 teaspoon spirulina
- 2 teaspoon Barley grass juice powder
- 1 measure wit. C
- 2 magnesium 1 wit. B complex
- 1 cup tightly packed fresh cilantro
- 1 orange juiced or orange juice
Instructions
- Prepare Ingredients: Gather all your ingredients and measure them out.
- Blend Until Smooth: Blend on high until all ingredients are well combined and the smoothie is smooth.
