Raw Vegan Carrot Energy Balls

- 1 tablespoon coconut flour

- Coconut flakes (for rolling)
Instructions
- Prepare Ingredients: Grate the carrots and pit the dates if they are not already pitted.
- Blend: In a food processor, combine the grated carrots, dates, maple syrup, oats, coconut flour, cinnamon, cardamom, and ground ginger. Blend until the mixture is well combined and sticky.
